Q. Where can I find a promo code? |

A. We love to give discounts! Please sign up for our newsletter for the best deals, exclusive sales and access to promo codes. Bear with us as our website is fairly new and we don't have many promo codes out there yet, but we will be increasing the frequency with time and orders! |
Q. Why is my promo code not working? |

A. Please check to see if any items in your cart are on sale or if you are logged in. Our promo codes only work if you are logged in as opposed to checking out as a guest.
If any items in your cart are on sale - our promo codes apply to full priced wine only. If your bottles are on sale or liquor, the promo code will likely not work. We are sorry for the inconvenience however we work very hard to keep our prices low and our prices for liquor and sale items are often at cost as an added bonus for you, our customer! |
Q. Does my bottle come with a box? |

A. Some bottles come with their own box, however these bottles with boxes are usually much more expensive to ship than if we shipped just the bottle. We generally ship just the bottle, unless otherwise notified. If you would like the bottle shipped with it's box, please send us an email at: info@vintagecaskandbarrel.com and we'll send you shipping quotes for the bottle by itself and with it's box. |
